Mothi Laddu

Motichoor Ladoo or Motichur Ladoo  are made with gram flour or besan as we call it. Tiny drops of chickpea flour (boondi) are deep fried in ghee or oil and then mixed with a sugar syrup and then shaped into round balls.is a round-shaped sweetmeat made from fine, tiny balls of besan. The word 'motichoor' literally translates to crushed pearls and honestly we think their couldn't have been a better name for the delicacy.
