Poor customer service

I placed an order after one week I checked the same, but still the order is not shipped. Then, I contacted coustomer care number to check the status and they mentioned due to labour shortage it was not shipped. After three days of follow up with them the order is finally shipped with professional courier. After that from professional courier they called to my number to come and collect my courier in their office mentioning that they will not drop the courier into my house as it was village. Very frustrated with my ordering with you, never going to order any thing with these kind of management.
