Thammadai

A traditional product originated from the kitchens of the Nawab dynasty. Our Thammadai recipe was given to us by late Mrs. Mohamed Fathima Begam, a regular customer of our shop from Kuttanallur, a town in the Tiruvarur district. We call her Aachi. Though she is not with us, we are serving more people with her recipe which was passed on to her by her grandmother. WE MISS YOU AACHI!

INGREDIENTS: cashew nuts powder, desi ghee, semolina, saffron, buffalo milk, and sugar.
