Our store is hosted on Odoo, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and will endeavour to redress it within one month from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or union territory of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
